My complaint:
I walked in my husband got in line to order and I needed to use restroom the older women stopped me and yelled you can’t use the restroom until after you order I explained my husband will order my phone and she stated no absolutely not until you pay first . I had to hold myself until two customers finished and I ordered and payed first which took about 15 mins . Very rude and unnecessary . She also yelled at her coworker about finishing up our order !
Suggested solution:
Customer service class or politeness policy .
