My complaint:
I went to subway today at 10:30 am to order 2 subs. The female worker was really rude to me. when she asked what I wanted on the subs I told her. I looked at the lettuce and it was bad, yellow with black coloring to it. I told her that the lettuce was bad and she told me I was being rude and that she just opened the store. I told her maybe she needed customer service training. I told her to forget it and walked out. This happened at the Walmart at Lakewood Ranch state road 70, Bradenton, Florida. I’ll never go back there again!
Suggested solution:
More customer service training. Also, if the lettuce sat in the same bin overnight, it should be changed before serving on subs the next day. Her attitude needs adjustment!
