My complaint:
You can’t pick a type of meat and cheese when they are kept out of site.
I said I will never dine at this restraunre when you guess at the meat and cheese especially when you don’t always know what you want or the type.
Cover is a stainless steel cover .
Suggested solution:
Take the covers back off so customers can see the so called fresh cut food and cheese.
