Subway complaint: Rude manager

My complaint:

i called the subway here in scott city kansas and the manager answered the phone and i told her i wanted to place an order and she told me i cant take your oder you need to do it online i told her i tried and she said when did you try and I told her right before i called and she said well i may not taking orders over the phone.So i went up there and she left to go to the bank and the poor guy that was left there during lunch hour was so upset because she left and should of done the bank run before opening.She has been there 1 month and 2 weeks and has only worked 2 weeks of that she is rude and dont wear gloves she was blowing her nose by the register when we went in there with NO gloves and didnt wash her hands

Suggested solution:

i would say by getting a new manager that treats customers kindly
