My complaint:

Employee berated me for wanting a sandwich “so close to closing time”. This was at approximately 7:20 pm. Was telling me he couldn’t heat anything up and was noticeably agitated. I simply left. Ridiculously unprofessional.

Suggested solution:

Fire the employee. I shouldn’t be attacked for simply standing in line.
