My complaint:
Hello my name is Regina Turner I’m sending this message in regards to Subway now I visit Subway every Sunday now for the last 3 weeks the reward machine hasn’t been working so I haven’t been able to receive my rewards now I spend anywhere from 20 to $40 every visit so now I’m having an issue with me not able to receive my rewards that you cashier always say call corporate and is your receipt just give them the information this has happened to me three to four times in other value customer I would like my rewards the last visit I can’t find my receipt I tried doing it online but I just purchased Subway on Sunday which was the 6th August 6th 2023 my food came to $6.99 so I just would like to know what are you guys going to do to resolve this issue because it’s an ongoing thing at this location all I’m asking for is my reward points.
