My complaint:
I had a buy one get one free coupon for footlong subs. I ordered 2 of the lowest price foot longs and gave them my coupon. They claimed that they don’t honor the coupon and then REFUSED TO GIVE IT BACK so I could use it at another Subway.
Suggested solution:
Please do not send out coupons that are not accepted.
