Subway complaint: Refusal to accept pre paid discount coupon and accusation that I was a scammer

My complaint:

I purchased a discount pass through Restaurant.com which I redeemed for Subway certificates for a free 6 sub of equal or lessor price with the purchase of a 6 sub and a 21oz drink. When i took the certificate to subway, not only could I not get service because managing employee who was working was on a personal call and would not assist the other employee and when we finally got his attention, he refused to accept immediately said it looked fake. He supposedly called his boss who said i was trying to scam them and they did not sign up for participating and refused to accept. I then pulled up the certificate on my phone through restaurant.com and showed them it was in fact legit, and it was their address listed on it the employee manager sent a picture to the owner who refused again stating someone else put their information out their calling me a scammer again. I have never been so insulted by someone in a fast-food restaurant over a $6 sandwich that they should have provided.

I did not need to select that location to bring my business to, there were several options to choose from, and I am not about to go out of my way to scam someone out of a $6 sandwich when i have to purchase one and a drink to get that free sandwich.

2nd of all, I was with someone else who was also purchasing sandwiches so not only did they lose my business but they lost hers as well. Maybe if they weren’t so rude and they followed the terms of their agreement with this coupon they would have made money not lost it and they do have a sign on the door that they do accept coupons.

I will never return to this subway location again and the owner needs to learn that the customer is right especially when the proof is in writing and in print. They do not represent what I would expect you want your franchise owners carrying your name to represent.

Suggested solution:

I would like to receive reimbursement for the coupons that I paid for through Restaurant.com. I spent $25 on the subway certificates that I cannot trade in. I would attached pictures of 2 of the coupons I purchased as well as a screenshot of the on-line discount site Dining Discount Pass that it's through but this site is not allowing an upload of the pictures
