My complaint:
I decided to get a sub yesterday around 7pm. Only 1 customer in store there was an elderly man trying to get an order. Seemed to be a problem as I listened the employee was frustrated with listening to the gentleman. He also had a typed out order he asked her to read it. She said you read it. He replied I can’t read just cancel order. I know he was embarrassed at having to say he couldn’t read. I stepped up and read the order to her. As I Was giving instructions she seemed to not care about the instructions just slapping it together. I ask her to please give it to him like he wanted… Not complicated. Believe me someone else made my subs with politeness. Shame on her to try to run off a customer that was a little difficult to deal with. I will never go to that store again.

Don't let arrogant employees shame your store. I understand that you must be notified or you don't have a clue whats going on. Subway is great but wrong employees an destroy a Company. Thank you for listening. It brought me to Tears after leaving the store and yes woke up this morning still upset and angry.
