My complaint:
Hi,
I simply ordered a tuna sandwich 6” with the bread “on the side” w chips and a drink (the meal) and was charged for a “salad”! I don’t feel this is right that I was overcharged simply because I want to eat healthy and cut down on carbs. Your company alone supports a healthy way of eating, Jared ads and all and yet as a consumer you want to charge me extra money to cut the carbs. With the bread on the side I was simply going to make my son a sandwich at home since I wasn’t going to eat it. Instead she tossed the bread to the side and said she had to put vegetables in a salad bowl when other Subway’s have just used smaller containers and she made a big deal out of it in front of other consumers. To hold my tongue I paid and left and decided to make a valid complaint. I’d like you to make this right as I’m not sure I want to support Subway if I’m always going to be overcharged just for wanting my bread on the side. Please make me want to keep coming to Subway because right now I don’t feel this is encompassing of your way of promotion and what you’re about.
Sincerely,
Ms. Amy Jo Wilson
