Subway complaint: Order wrong and took too long

My complaint:

First my order was suppose to be ready by 5:45pm and I didn’t leave till about 6:10pm. Also it was the wrong bread and was not toasted like I asked. This was the second time I had issues with them. Sandwich today the bread taste kind of doughy.

Suggested solution:

Their employees need to get their stuff together and do their job like they are suppose to.
