My complaint:
I eat at my subway store 5-6 days and
today they gave me the wrong sandwich. After driving completely out of my way to correct it ask for a replacement sandwich Shae nappingly told Me I was not allowed to get a replacement sandwich even after after I showed her the incorrect same dwich she said to bad it’s a corporate policy plus would not refund my money, I am absolutely furious because I just had hip foot surgery I came out solely for a subway sandwich!!! Lost my money to a sandwich that I couldn’t eat, I’m hungry, in pain have nothing to show for it. I showed her the incorrect sandwich she refused to fix the problem!
Suggested solution:
Refund my money or give me a gift coupon for foot long sandwich
