Subway complaint: Female Worker was Rude, Wouldn’t refund My Order or Give Me her Name When I Came into Eatery for Issues about My Food.

My complaint:

I’m A Afro American Guy That Come into This Subway Eatery Every Weekend When I get paid to Eat Since I live a Block Away. This Asian, Chinese, Eastern Employee..i Could be Wrong Took My Order On July 14, I Asked for 2 footlongs on Wheat Bread, BMT, No Onion, I’m Allergic, No Oils, She Put These Toppings On My Sandwich. And I Ordered 2 personal Pizza that Was Perroni and Red pepper Sauce, She put Onion On That Too under the Cheese..i Was With My Girlfriend Who’s Caucasian. The Worker Must Had A Rough Day. She Was Very Rude. I got Upset and Went Outside and Waited. My Order Was Made, I paid Then Me and My Girlfriend left. We get Home, I Eat Some of My Food, I Get Sick. I Just Want My Order Replaced At Subways Cost Without Any Problem I Talked to The Office of BBB and I Was told to Contact your Office. I Called Before Bringing My Food Back the same Day, The Female Worker Refused to Work it Out. I asked for Her Manager, She Said Come Back.. No Set Time, No Nothing. I Left Because She Said Her Manger Not Going to Come Deal With My Problems. It’s Not Good Customer Service to Come to This Location until I Get Better Results. She Was Racial, Ignoring My Plea, And Refused Me Service after Dealing With Me As A Customer. I’m gonna go On Yelp and Post My Experience if this Matter Don’t Be Resolved. I’m Mr.Jay at 773-738-7327. Business Only.

Please read above Caption regarding My Complaint. I Should Be given Store Credit for The Food I Bought. I gave My Receipt of Purchase to The Lady when I Came in about Complaint. She Took it and ignored Me. My Girlfriend told me to Come On Before She Call Police and Lie On Me about the Situation. She Ignored me and I Was Trying to Settle the Situation Without Any Ordeals.
