Subway complaint: order messed up and charges

My complaint:

i m going in this locations last 3 years but recently 3 weeks they put new staff and they not trained i m going every alternate day but they messed up all the time i got pizza before couple of day i picked up from there and i went home and it was frozen in bottom sometimes they forget to put chees on it and today i was there and i was telling to put chipotle Sauce on top and he said we out and other guy listing me and he go grab it from back stock but the guy was making my order he said to other employee put it dawn and again he said i m out its so aediculas

and second think i am ordering most of the time same order so i know the price but they charge me different prices all the time if it’s 5 cent ya 1 $ charge extra i don’t mind but today it was 3 $ extra then usual charge and then i ask why its different prices everyday and the guy said that what my system said it’s not me and i was like really i am not mew customer for subway i being using subway for many years if they keep doing like this i will move to other restaurant but i don’t want my order messed up if it’s couple of time then it’s fine but keep doing like this i don’t like this

Suggested solution:

they should resolve it very easy just hire well trained employee or give it them good training before you hire and before they start work
