Hello I downloaded the app online registered my Apple Pay but the order still dyd not get to the subway store.

Associates at the store did not know how to work the app… I ordered two ft Kong’s in the store and had to

Online ordering system it’s very difficult… I probably will not use Subway again…

Suggested solution:

Good more forthcoming home about how to order online ad associates should be able to assist customers with the app...
