Subway complaint: Online order canceled

My complaint:

placed an online order at a little after 5 pm.. per online the store was open until 9pm. Received email saying our order was canceled and that if we did not do it to call store. We tried placing many calls to store and was constantly disconnected. We then drove to the store to found a notice on door that they closed at 5. And now must wait for the credit from canceled order to post to my account.

This is very frustrating as a customer as I had to go to another location to get our food

Suggested solution:

I feel to resolve the complaint is that if you are going to close early at a location you chose on line that they would not allow order to be completed or state that that particular location is closed

We were truly frustrated with this location and this is not the first time that we have had some kind of issue with this store
