My complaint:

You’ve taken away the Rotisserie Chicken.
You’ve taken away the Roast Beef.
You’ve taken away the Barbeque Rib.

I loved all three, especially the Barbeque Rib.

I was ordering three footlong Barbecue Ribs every other day since you put them on the menu.

Basically you’ve left me with nothing to order.

I used to eat a lot of the Tuna but got tired of it.

Suggested solution:

Bring back the Chicken, and the Roast Beef and the Barbeque Rib.

I was told by your employee that the Rib was very popular. Why tease us??? If it was a popular item, like the Roast Beef, why take it off the menu??

What else will you discontinue?? I'd like to know, so I don't waste my time driving out to get a sub.

Today, October 4th, I ordered 3 footlong BBQ Ribs through your app.

Got to the store and was told you had discontinued the Rib.

I had to choose different sandwiches. I was not happy!!!

At this point, I won't be ordering anything from Subway, because you've discontinued everything that I like.

Do you really want to lose more customers??
