My complaint:
I ordered on line for the Brantford location. When I went to pick it up they had no record of my order. I had to re-order and pay again. I paid with a credit card on line $18.85. As the young people running the store couldn’t fill my order for free because I had already paid I ended up paying twice. I would appreciate you checking on this and returning my $18.85. Thank you.
