My complaint:
The toppings that are advertised as “ Always Fresh” , were far from that . The lettuce was brown and shriveled. The cucumbers and pickles were obviously old and no longer fresh because they appeared soggy. The bacon did not look fresh at all . The bread was stale . I ordered a footlong Canadian Club , ate 4 bites of it and almost threw up . The smell and taste was off , I suspect the meat may have been bad as well . I had to throw the rest of it away . This is not my first bad experience with Subway – it is becoming a regular occurrence now .My family and I will no longer be purchasing subway products .
Suggested solution:
They should send someone from Corporate to inspect the subway and ensure that the franchise owner is operating properly within the subway franchise standards .
