My complaint:

My wife and I tried ordering dinner from the app and it said that it could not be completed at this time. We then went to the store and ordered our dinner and when we got home we had 3 charges pending from subway. Two of the three charges were from the app in which we never received any of the products and never given ation numbers at all. I will no longer use the app until this is fixed.
