My complaint:
On 71621 I visited your store in Tulsa on E 31 street with a current coupon for a footlong sandwich for 5,99 and I told the associate that and asked if I could get their Cali turkey for that price and he asked what I wanted on it and I said just like your ad says. When I got to the window he said my tab was 11.48 at that point I asked why the almost double price he left the window to confer and returned to say the ad excludes Italian subs and I said Subway never had a sandwich I would pay 11.00 for,so was it a breakdown in communication or what the ad excluds fresh melts,footlong pro and wraps. No where in ulyour menu do I find this sandwich called one of those.
