My complaint:
I was verbally cursed at by one worker name anniyyah(sp)who is 18 years old black female. she put change back in my hand but some fell out on the counter told her what she did and she picked up the money vigorously and forcefully put it back in my hand which was not right how she did it.i said why the attitude .she said I don’t have an attitude and she said she didn’t give a damn what I thought. , she told me to walk out the store I said I will be calling cooperate she again said I don’t give a damn. I left to go to my car and while I was talking to another worker from the Yorktown, VA subway his name is Kahlil Campbell, anniyah came to my car and starting again attacking me verbally and cursing at me, she was not wearing a mask around her face to cover her mouth and nose but rather her mask was down around her neck which put me in jeopardy of catching the virus I tried to walk away from her many of times but she kept following me in the parking lot, all the time I felt threaten by her she got all in my face with her mask not being on..there was another lady in the store who came outside and tried to discuss the situation but anniynnah wanted no part of that.ANNIYANNAH kept calling me fat and old still cursing at me the whole time. People were standing around watching all this and I was embarrassed and shocked she was attacking me verbally with so much profanity. she kept calling me names. kept saying she didn’t give a F, she left the pother worker in the store all by herself..i had turned my cell phone camera on but apparently it stopped recording but the cameras in the store should be able to see what happened..I’m thinking about pressing charges due to the fact she kept getting in my face without a mask on ..I seriously hurt, disgusted, mad, confused, shocked that a worker from a store would treat a customer who paid money for good service. This girl has some deep personal issues which I said to her because she kept bringing up her father and she went off on me again threatening me,.something is not right with her..I had every right to go back in that store to get a refund but she told me to walk so I was barred from the store for no reason. Please I’m begging you to help me get to the bottom of what happened tonight can someone please reach out to me to get the full story please, I’m devastated, anniyannh made a huge scene talking loud crying, cursing, threatening, getting all in my face causing to fear I could catch the virus I walked away but she kept following me. She refused to apologize and told me I should apologize to her. I tried to record it, I thought I did but my camera stopped recording I didn’t know it until I got home. please help me because I’m 61 years old and never ever experience anything like this in my life, I’m hurting tonight she also was calling me fat in front of people in he parking lot. reginald dunn…7572698799 ,,thank you for your time i really appreciate it hope to hear back
