I went to the walden road subway restaurant after 11:00 to buy lunch. The employees made my sandwich and then went to check me out. I inserted my card to pay for my sandwich and my card declined. I tried it again and it declined a second time because this happened I had a friend pay for my sandwich. After voing back to work I noticed subway had charged me. How can I get charged on my credit card for my meal if my card declined??? I contacted the bank and they told me subway charged me!!! I explain to your subway restaurant what happened and they told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve been going to this subway for years and never had a problem. I am not happy with this and this subway location will be losing my family’s business. I hope that as corporate office you will look into this and do something about it!
To resolve this, the owner of this subway restaurant needs to be contacted about this matter. My amount of money needs to be refunded!!
