My complaint:
I ordered food on the app.Order-B9D892CF-4D When I went to pickup my food I was first told that they did not get my order.After showing my receipt I was told that someone had picked up the food.Unless the app has been compromised no one else would have my receipt information. I was charged but I did not get food.The manager on duty was very rude. This was unacceptable! Shows poor customer service.
Suggested solution:
A manager should apologize for the mix up. I want a refund for services that I did not receive. Improved procedures for verifying receipts when customers pickup food from online orders.
