My complaint:

I ordered 2 sub trays for after a funeral.When I got there they put the trays in a bag and set them on a counter.I also had bought 2 sheet pizzas.The ladies said I could pay for it while they were putting it in the bag so I did.The one ladie said you already paid for it I said no.I had did a phone order.When I got it to my house with around fifty people waiting.to my amazement there were no dressings at all.I called and told her she said no one could deliver it.luckily I had mayo and some dressings in my frig. I can understand one making a mistake but two really!!! I had ordered sub trays before and was very satisfied with store.I always order from this store.Bad Bad service.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I believe they should give me a free sub tray.It will not help with the embarrassment. If they lose money on a sub tray maybe they will train there people better.
