My complaint:

Ordered a tuna sub and they did not put on enough tuna. They skimp on everything. I have been going to Subway for years and they always put the same amount of tuna. The guy put 3 scoops on a foot long. They also skimp on the veggies. Everyone that works there are just rude. Like you are bothering them. I don’t think I’ll ever be back. Everyone in the neighborhood feels the same way. Such a shame. They give Subway a bad name.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Retrain their staff. Retrain on how to make a sandwich per Subway rules. Also, teach them how to be polite. I don't feel welcome when I go there.
