My complaint:

They wouldn’t serve me without a mask on and I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask I have a tumor in my left lung and I can not breathe with a mask on my doctor gave me written permission and the girl told me it’s subways policy to refuse me service for not wearing a mask and this is the 2nd time they have been rude last time the girl told me I could not park in the handy cap spot when I have a permit to park there she said I didn’t look handy cap this is ridiculous and after this I will never go to any subway again and I will tell all of my friends and family not to go either.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Stop having rude employees who don't care about people and treat people badly that have a medical condition. I can sue for discrimination since I have a written document from my doctor.
