Subway complaint: Extremely long wait on an online order

My complaint:

Ordered online and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes and when I arrived 2 minutes early the “subway artist” told me she hadn’t even gotten to my order yet and that it was going to be 30 more minutes. I then returned 20 minutes and sat outside the store the whole time I was waiting, and there was 1 person that came out with 2 subs who was standing in line to place an order so I figured after 20 minutes of waiting my subs would be done. When I went back in the same gal tells me it’s going to be at least another 15-20 minutes so all in all over 40 minutes from the expected time to be done to when they said it should be done…AGAIN. Upon telling me there will be another wait they offer me a free drink. If I wanted a drink I would have ordered one. Very disappointed in the service and timely manner on which orders were being done.

Suggested solution:

Not have an estimated time and then after arriving tell you 2 other times extending the order time. Or Comp something as a kind gesture for any inconvenience
