My complaint:

I am unable to wear a mask due to health issues. Upon entering the store i explained that to Jessica but she still refused to take my order. I told her that it was a violation but she still refused to help me. She was very rude and refused to give me the manager information.

Suggested solution:

Inform associates of what the state regulations are and work on customer service. She was very rude.
