My complaint:
I went into Subway today, and the girl behind the counter told me that I had to have a mask. I told her I had asthma and can’t wear one. She then proceeded to tell me I had to show her a note from my dr! This is a violation of my HIPPA rights.
Suggested solution:
She should not have asked to see a dr note
