My complaint:
I ordered my food(4 subs) at 5:45pm app said it would be ready at 6:10pm. I got to store at 6:05pm and had to wait for 2-3 mins for someone to come out front to help me and I could here the 3 employees in the back just talking. When they finally came up front to help me they told me that they hadn’t even started making my order. Then I had to read the topping to the lady making my sandwiches because she couldn’t read the receipt because she is visually impaired. Mind you when I got to the store there was no customers in the store.
Suggested solution:
Have a competent and reliable person on staff.
