My complaint:

Noted that worker serving food had mask below her nose..over lower part of mouth…informed her that her mask need be over her nose. she disregarded comment. When I ask for manager…Amber (mgr) came out yelling that how do you know she doesn’t have a reason…very rude.. i spoke with john the mgr of the gas station this was housed in. But
Amber very inappropriate speaking loudly in the subway and gas station. Very rude. I am a health dept nurse and explained CDC guidelines.

Suggested solution:

Manager should be reprimanded. Masks should be worn subway employee should treat customers as poorly as Amber did.l
