Subway complaint: lack of customer service

My complaint:

this has happened numerous times. subway is open but staff keep door closed and hide in the back area and refuse to serve customers. i’ve called the phone and sometimes they answer, other times its ignored.

once the phone is answered and staff come out, they give a huge amount of attitude as if they are annoyed you are there to get food.

its embarrassing that this subway location is associated with Nationwide Childrens Hospital and i think the work ethic needs to be evaluatedmonitored more closely.

Suggested solution:

i think management should be aware and repair this behavior because it's unprofessional. even though it is a separate company from the hospital the customer service should be held to the same standards as the rest of the facility.
