My complaint:
Had four footlongs ready for toppings. 2nd server came out and rudely asked what do you want? I on the foot long philli cheese steak. She interrupted me and said its not a six inch. I repeated on the foot long philli cheese steak. She screwed up her face, blew out her breath and rolled her eyes. I stated please don’t go there today. To which she rudely and loudly said I’m not serving you. I replied thank you i don’t want you too! She replied no we’re not serving you at all. This was in front of four other customers and my 10 year old granddaughter. I was so embarrased. I was getting four meals and a dozen cookies. I hope she didn’t take these home. Her behavior as food server was appalling! I hope she doesn’t treat others like she did me. I am 66 years old and a Registered Nurse. I nor my large family nor extended family will do business at Subway Murfreesboro NC ever again; to prevent this from reoccuring.
Suggested solution:
She needs to be fired. I purchase lunch there twice weekly. Thats $73 weekly she has cost subway..
