My complaint:
I went to enter the store and immediately the daytime manager a older white lady told me I had to wear a mask. I explained to her under the ada act I didn’t have to because I have health issues. The manager then ask me what my health issues were I then told her under hippa law I didn’t have to tell her that she then told me that I could not enter subway or be served. I was refused service at this subway by this manager. I have rights and she violated them. I want something done immediately. I have always been a very good customer at this same subway. My rights were violated by one of your employees. I’ve spoken to my attorney about this.
Suggested solution:
