My complaint:
I brought my children into subway for dinner between 4 and 5 p.m. and when I got home there was a hair in my turkey bacon avocado sandwich I’m here at Subway in Rohnert Park now I spoke to the owner and told him what happened he asked me to sit and wait for him to look at the cameras I’m assuming he’s thinking I’m lying I’m not really sure exactly but I just took time out of my work schedule to come here and let him know what happened I didn’t ask for a refund all I wanted was for the sandwich that I threw away to be replaced. The owner did nothing to accommodate me. He did nothing but holler at me and argue with me so I walked out and now I’m posting my complaint here. The owner of Subway Rohnert Park should be ashamed of himself treating his customers so horribly!!!
Suggested solution:
Now I want my entire meal refunded.
