My complaint:
I am a UPS employee and I only get an hour for lunch. It’s 85° outside, so I hope you’d understand I’m just trying to find a place to sit and eat in an air conditioned place. Today I had bought Little Caesars and tried to sit down in Subway, where I’ve ordered from and taken my lunch break everyday Monday-Friday for the past two weeks, and I was asked to leave by the manager on duty because I didn’t order Subway today. It wasn’t busy and there were more open tables besides the one I was sitting at. I find this highly offensive. All I was doing was staying to myself and eating my food in peace. There are other Subway employees that saw this and customers as well. Once again I only get an hour for lunch and I wouldn’t jeopardize the one place on my route that I can sit at a table and eat my food.
Suggested solution:
I just want to be able to sit and eat my food. Tell the manager to allow me to sit down to eat.
