My complaint:
Your subs are loaded with meat and topping in your television commercials. Whenever I get a sub it looks nothing like it does on television. This problem has been happening for years. It doesn’t matter which Subway I would go to they are all the same…so I stop going to any of them. I also make a point of not taking my grandchildren or great grandchildren. I’m 67 years old and this has be going since my grandchildren were young. When I see a Subway commercial I laugh.
Suggested solution:
Either make your subs look the way they look in your commercials or make the commercials look like the actual subs that they sale.
