My complaint:

I submitted an order. I went to pick it up. I showed them my receipt. They said something I didn’t understand. I wrote on a paper. She refused to write. The other guy wrote on paper an point at each words rudely. They refused to give me my order. I showed them my receipt again. They kept talking. I left.
I would like my my money back.

Suggested solution:

They won’t.
