My complaint:
Went in to pick up a phone order on Sept 26 at approximately 7:40pm. I told the male employee I was there for a pick up for Sarah.
The employee handed me a bag. At this point the female employee repeated the name, “Sarah”, and I told her that he had me a bag. I don’t know what my wife ordered, but I looked quickly at the receipt, saw that the number of sandwiches ordered were in the bag and I left.
When I got home my wife was like, where is the rest of the food and said that the name in the receipt said Desiree. Whoops, I returned to the store and presented the bag and said that this was Desiree’s food. The male employee immediately questioned me while turning his hat sideways. I told him that I had asked for an order for Sarah, and he replied with, “why didn’t you check the f¥cking receipt”? At this point the male customer at the register looked at me, finished his transaction and left. I told the employee that he doesn’t want to act this way and asked him if this was worth his job. He told me that he didnt give a f¥ck and picked up two bags of sandwiches behind him and placed them by the register.
The female in front of the register asked if those were my sandwiches, I looked at the receipt, compared the food to the receipt and saw my wife’s name on the receipt.
I said thank you and left.
