Subway complaint: Disappointed with food

My complaint:

I have always been a loyal customer but the past 2 times I have ordered not right order. I got a grilled chicken salad I double meat. There is hardly any lettuce in the salad. They are smaller and prices are same. I haven’t gotten my dressing or cheese it was on the receipt everything I ordered. But didn’t recieve it. I would think that with the past year customer service would be more important to you. I am not going to waist my money anymore.

Suggested solution:

Put your salads back to the size they were make sure they put lettuce in the salad. I don't understand why you cheat us loyal customers. I think we should get more for our money since times are so hard now. I really would like to get a response I really hate to start going to other places to get my salad.
