My complaint:

My mother was asking to place an order… name of employee is Jeremy , he would not give his last name?
he aggressively responded and stated in a very rude tone JUST 2 FOOT LONGS!!!

My mother said yes.

Jeremy aggressively responded DONT GIVE ME THAT ATTITUDE, I DONT NEED THIS RIGHT NOW!!!

My daughter witnessed everything that conspired
inside the establishment.
My daughter out of fear called me to come by and speak to the employee.

I spoke to the employee and he threatened me that he hopes he don’t see me outside

He then proceeded to call the police… he kicked us out of the establishment and we waited outside for law enforcement to arrive???
No response hence why I’m filing this complaint. You can run the video footage and you can see his tense demeanor…towards my mother…

my mother is an elderly and minority woman.

like to see this individual 'Jeremy' airport way subway in Portland, Oregon be reprimanded and or let
go from employment.

Like a follow up on a resolution of what conspires after this complaint.

Woman should be treated like this when all they are doing is taking their granddaughter to lunch.

Thank you for reading this complaint as I'm texting he just stepped outside the establishment door and is threatening me again and stated LEAVE MY PROPERTY!!! Which I'm out in a parking lot which is public property. I feel very threatened that we would come out to threaten me to leave...
I responded that he said that he called the police! so I'm filing this complaint and waiting patiently.
