My complaint:

yesterday i walk in to do a order of a platter, after waiting 10 minutes the manager comes out and tells me that they did not have any bread and could not do my order.. that i would have to do a pre order in order to help me. that had never happened to me I frequently order and walk out with my platter for my meeting. so i let it go.. I call in the afternoon some one answer that did not know any English, and passed to an Estrella I explained that i wanted to do a pre order for tomorrow a platter and she responded that she did not know how to do the order that her manager. Joel Maldonado was not in the place. for me to call in 10 minutes because she will call him.. after 10 minutes i call and her response was that for me to call another subway that they do not do pre order?
What kind of Management do you have there and i don’t have nothing against Spanish vocabulary but she did even know what i was talking. about it .. please look into this matter its the one on Ruben Torres inside Walmart.
