Subway complaint: Closed half an hour before time and refuse to open door and refused to pick up phone

My complaint:

I called this location at 8.15 to see if they carry veg patties, the person said yes , I asked them what time they close , they said 9 pm , so I drove to that place at around 8.30 and their doors were locked and no one in store.I wasn’t familiar with the place so thought there was a another store in airway but by then my phone died , so when I searched from my husband phone and called, some one picked up , I asked for their location and again I asked what time they close , they said 9. I rushed to the store at 7.47 , the door was locked but saw 2 workers. I knocked but one ran and hid and the 2 Nd person didn’t bother to come to the door.

Suggested solution:

They should send me a gift card and hope they can train their workers on work ethic.
