My complaint:

Been unable to access app on phone and account onliine.
Have changed password several time and still cannot get on to subway oonline.

Suggested solution:

Would like them to notify me at my email address when this has been fixed. Cannot get to a live person to talk about this with them.
Were are your programmers for this app and online account.
