My complaint:

From the moment I entered someone who states that she is the manager, displayed rude behavior. She treated an elderly man, who could not stand for long periods of time, with impoliteness and lacked patience.

Similarly, when it was my turn to place an order, she rudely urged me to hurry up. When I requested to speak with the manager, she informed me that she was the manager and that I had to accept the situation.
