My complaint:
I got a Footlong Steak n Cheese Sub on 5/4/2023…the meat was old stale and tough!! I didn’t go back because customer service there is not good..the restaurant does not take your coupons..but that didn’t matter, I was very hungry..I’ve always made it a ritual to treat myself twice a month to Subway..big mistake!! I’ve never gone to this location before and for sure will never go back again!!
Suggested solution:
Please send me a voucher to use at another location
