My complaint:

on April 06-2022 at 10:28pm My Cousin and I ,with a Friend waited for over an hour to order because of the Uber eats, and other orders. at 11:56 pm. I asked about the vegan option, patties, she got really disgruntled, and said I don,nt know why You,re ordering that anyway they are Nasty. I then replied, not good, to talk bad about the customers food, besides That,s Your Product, she then yelled Im not serving You get out, i replied, I got you ,And asked the cashier for her Managers number. Three African American men, had to be calmed down, by my Female cousin, they wanted there food. the situation was going South. with the crime rate today, Thank GOD, it Didn,t Escalate.

Suggested solution:

greeting, I have never been treated that way, I have been coming there since the 80,s. This is a Bad reflection on Subway, as a whole. I am a Real estate Investor Contractor and Property Manager. She need to Apologize, Giving a few days off, And Better Training in People Skills And Proper Job Etiquette, Thank You, For Your Attention to this Matter,
