My complaint:
They had one person making all food… I ordered online and 25 mins later my order was still not ready. No warm sandwiches… toaster not working. Also, only 3 cookies in the whole place. Since I placed my order online, I had already paid and did NOT get them. When I asked, I was told they didnt have any cooked. My order number is 28B4FBE5-B6. The melt sandwiches I received were cold, cold, cold. This is one of few places to eat in Vienna, GA and could really be a great place and make plenty of money.
Suggested solution:
I would like the entire amount that I spent refunded to me. I do feel sorry for the people still waiting in line behind me.... 5-6 people...
I at least want the money back for the cookies i did not receive.
