My complaint:

I bought the wrong straight talk card At Walmart. The card was not for smartphones and I tried to return it but Walmart said that they don’t do refunds on those that I had to call straight talk myself to ask for refund. Straight talk did not give me a refund Because I bought it at Walmart. They have these policy where if you buy your service in certain store they don’t give your money back which I think is not fair why do they sell their stuff in a store where the store doesn’t give you your money back and ask you to call straight talk and straight talk won’t give you anything back because you bought it at that store. I just wanted to activate my phone to recover my email back. But it’s been over a year and that number is lost in a new SIM card will cost me like $35. Straight talk just sucks. Awful system.

Suggested solution:

They are this big company and I think they have the software to be able to know that I didn't use that card and it still has the money in it and just refund .my money
